1 Hour Hot Glass

Service Description

In this introductory class, participants will learn how to turn borosilicate glass into your very own, handmade glass pendant! In this class, the participant will use their own torch to heat glass rods and shape them into one of a kind designs. We will safely guide you through various techniques and designs for making a pendant, ornament, or a scuplture. No experience needed and all materials will be provided. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to see the monthly creations (@visualizeartstudio) NOTE: Please wear cotton clothing and close toed shoes with long hair pulled back. Must be 14yr or older for this class (anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult). This class requires pretty good close vision, hand dexterity, and the student must be comfortable working with fire. This class is being held in our studio at 201 Center Park Drive #1140 Knoxville, TN 37922. Please arrive at least 10min early to get acclimated to the studio and select your supplies.
